Port window

I have a 1997 searay Sundancer the port windows do not open but the ones on the starboard side water is getting in somehow does anyone have any idea or solution for me?

Have you tried tightening up the screws on the latches? Lots of times that will be an easy fix...but not always.

Interestingly, there's been a couple of recent threads about this.

First, you need to get the windows open - they will - just do it gently/methodically. Second, clean the rubber really well and then treat a few times with 303. That MIGHT help. Tightening the dogs as noted above is the next step. If that doesn't work, then replace the rubber.

This is assuming you've ID'd the source as the failing gasket and NOT that it's leaking around the frame.
