Port engine overheating

I have a 1995 Searay Sundancer 33ft with mercruiser engines. The port engine is overheating and the water is flowing into the bilge not out of the exhaust pipe. How can I fix this? Thank you in advance.

The area I circled has a pipe, the water is coming out of there, at the bottom of the bilge, I don’t think it is the riser. There is a video showing clearly where the water coming out but cannot post it.

In that area you circled on the port engine is the fuel pump setup. Maybe look to that piece? Somewhat hard to tell exactly what you're pointing at.

The area photographed is simply the bilge between the two engines. The circle may be where you see water but that isn't a specific component.

More details, MUCH more details.
Please fill in your profile more, location (knowing fresh water/salt water, basic location Florida vs Michigan, does help understand the issue) add a signature with some details.
I think you are a Vdrive from the looks of the engine mounts.
Is the engines fresh water cooled? (heat exchangers with antifreeze)
I see two ignition coils, So it this an 350MPI ? 350EFI?
We can look up parts diagrams with the detailed engine model/serial #s.

Exactly what "over heats" engine gauge temp, manifolds and risers?, exhaust hoses and mufflers?
How much water is coming from that location? Start the engine and take a short video while moving your camera around that area slowly. Then review that you may get a better view.
Only when engine runs?
This matters to diagnosis.

For a Vdrive/Inboard water starts at a thru hull fitting, with a shut off valve, then a strainer, then the Raw Water pump on the engine. Then thru the engine with some water always bypassing to cool the manifolds, risers and exhaust hoses and mufflers.

Any leak before the pump should flow water at all times, unless the valve is closed.
Any leak after the Raw Water pump will likely only flow if the engine is running.
If everything is over heating it is most likely before the water gets to the engine. between the pump and the engine.
This what @douglee25 is pointing out.
