H all. Was Out on water everything was fine. Port engine shut off. Wouldn't turn back over. cranks strong- fuel pump seems to be working, new dist Cap and plugs this season and pulled plugs to make sure no water got in. They were Good. Any ideas frm the experienced guys out there is appreciated ?

Thanks

We’re the plugs wet with fuel after trying to start it? That would indicate a “no spark” condition.

as you can imagine there are numerous things that can cause this to happen....

the first thing I would do is determine if the problem is electrical or fuel related....you can purchase a simple spark tester like the one below that fits between the spark plug wire end and the spark plug....as someone turns the engine over if spark is present there will be a light fluctuating inside the tester....no fluctuating light while the engine is cranking indicates no spark is going to the spark plugs....

then we can start the electrical or fuel supply diagnostic process accordingly....

good luck.....
