Polishing Props like really Help?

    New Port Harbor California on my Mooring
    Sea Ray 00' 340DA (Anna Mei II)
    Was 310 HP MPI --> Twin full 454 Mer-Cruiser 400 hp "Gas Aspirated" Less to worry! Works for me!
    Will anyone tell me if Polishing a set of Props like Glass Helps?
    Or does my Hair Dresser Know!?

    It will help for sure because it will lighten your wallet so you will go much faster.

    Only if you go down under every day with your brass wool and keep them that way. 2 weeks in salt water will quickly rid of the shiny finish on your props. Prop speed or Rustoleum Cold Galvanizing are your best bets.

    Prop Speed works for sure. But it is expensive. However, I would argue that the fuel savings offsets the cost.
