Where can I find a replacement 69" anchor pole light that will fit the factory mount position in my '89 220 DA. The long pole anchor lights are difficult to find. Sucks not having that light cause I can't stay out past sunset.

Thanks for any help.

I could have sworn that I saw a 6' one hanging up on the rack at West Marine. I was playing with the LED display and just happened to look at it. I remember wondering to myself if anybody really needed one that long.

Thanks for the quick response! Yes, I tried that one but it did not work with the factory base. Last time I checked, the bases supplied by West Marine too big to fit within the space installed.

Looks like I'll have to replace the base....So far I've found a SeaSense mount and pole. Have to research the base dimensions to ensure proper fit.

What kind of base is it? I have one in my garage that is probably close to that size that I don't need.

If you have a base on an existing pole that fits your boat's base, why not just replace the tube? I had to get a new tube from the anchor lite on my 330 after I put a radar antenna on the arch. You can pick up the aluminum tube at Lowe's or Home Depot, then just drill out the pop rivets that hold your existing one together, add in some extra wire to accommodate the extra length, and pop rivet it back together.

I think the aluminum tube (1/2" ??) was only about $5 and it only took an hour or so to make the newer, taller light pole.

Gofirstclass,

Thats a good Idea for sure. Unfortunately, the base needs a replacement too. The light itself (shell and insides) is also toast. So I placed an order for a 6 foot stern light pole and base and should be here in a week or so. WM had up to 5 ft only.

thanks all.
