Plumbing Part - ?

Hi All Smart Boaters,

I have a new question from under my sink. I have a faucet, instant hot water feed and a hand-held spray on the sink in the salon. The faucet works fine however the hand-held sprayer does not. No water comes out when I open the tab. In looking under the sink at the water lines I can see the "T" shaped item in the picture. One of the lines out from the T feeds that hand-held sprayer. I would think this is just a water splitter but not sure. Any ideas/suggestions would be apprecated.

First thing to check... open up the sprayer and check to see if the screen is clogged.

That Tee connection looks just like the diverter on many home plumbing systems. They fail with time and my guess is that if it is replaced both the faucet and the sprayer will work like new.
