Plumbing manifold needed.

I need a replacement for this manifold.
2002 30’ sundancer.
Part number and vendor would be great.
Or a totally different one that would pair up to existing plumbing would also be great. TIA.

If you can't find one, you can make one from brass parts from your local hardware store. You would need to replace the hot water side as well. But totally doable if it can't be found.
