Plugs in an 2005 4.3 V6

My 2005 185 Sport does not even have 20 hours on it but I think one or more plugs got fouled two seasons ago during or after fogging. It seems a little down on power and diesels some times at shut off. I have worked on a lot of cars/trucks but never a boat. I was going to go with the oem Merc used plugs, is there anything else worth looking at? Should I be using antiseize on the plugs as they go back in? Should I use dielectric grease on the plug caps? Is there anything else I should know before I change the plugs? Thanks for any help.

Is this covered somewhere else that I am missing? I cant imagine that no one knows that is entailed in changing the plugs in a 4.3? :huh:

Never in a 4.3. Never owned anything, car, truck, boat, with less than a V8, except for my first boat that I had for only one season. I just change the plugs on my other boats. Nothing special. Use the marine type specified. I think mine are Delco MR43T or something like that.
