New members at least once a year it seems we go thru this,
Please fill in you profile once you complete your purchase or if just a new member to CSR.

These details really do matter when you ask questions.
It saves a lot of time for all not having to play “20 questions”.
This is now the boating season, I for one don’t have the time to guess, and you want a solution as quickly as possible.

Location is important Florida is different situations than Michigan, at least provide a region.
Model year and full model are essential an AC, EC and a DA can be significantly different and even more so across several decades.

Consider a signature with more details, photos or whatever.

And please be detailed about your issue.
Use a descriptive title.
“Engine wont start 1994 5.7L 350 carbs"
serial#1234567, Cranks over, batteries are good, changed fuel filters, checked have fuel, have spark at plugs,...

as much specific info as you can
Serial numbers are for manuals and parts books

Welcome to Club Sea Ray!!

I suggested this years ago and it was implemented as mandatory......somewhere along the line it got dropped.

Just wish there was an easy way to add a photo to the signature. As in uploading a photo from Google photos.... Avatar photos are pretty much useless to actually see a boat's detail/model...
The only issue with images in signatures (like mine) is when you select the insert image it needs a web URL.

Mine is a line to the photo I saved in my Google photos. The photo does need to be marked as public from there.

I've unsuccessfully tried to create a link and all that ever shows is "img". See below... Gave up and re-did sig

I would recommend downsizing it a bit...

Beautiful boat BTW!

Good parking spot…. I have never been fancy enough to park there

So I've figured out sig pics, but what I have on google photos won't resize. I cropped the sig photo but all it did was make the boat larger and got pixeled. I give. If the mods don't like the size, they can alert me and I'll ditch it.
