Planning Trip to Bahamas...need advice!

I'm planning on cruising my boat from Miami to the Bahamas late spring early summer in 2010. I thought it would be a good idea to get the planning started early and need some advice from experienced boaters.

I plan on making the trip in a 29ft Powerquest with twin 454's. I'm taking three or four friends over (two of which have twenty plus years boating under their belt) with me to enjoy the bahamas. I know groups leave on certain days from some of the area marinas, so taging along with boaters who have made the trip sounds good. Any good spots to visit within 4hr cruise(boat cruises at 35-40K easy)? Good Marinas for overnights and fuel? Any suggestion you might have for making the trip will be greatly appreciated.

1999 29ft PowerQuest with 180hrs
Twin 454's with 180hrs
110 gal fuel
23P Three blade SS
Cruise 3000-3200 RPM 40-45 MPH
Max 4400-4500 RPM 68-72 MPH

Boat is in great shape!

What's the range on that boat with only 110 gallons of fuel?

If I cruise (3000-3300 rpms) 140-150 miles with 90% fuel, full load, and 4-5 people.
