I want to post pictures... but I need to know how to make them smaller they are to big I guess... any thoughts?

I use a program called Irfanview http://www.irfanview.com/ It free.
Just hit resize, you can then resize and save.

+1 The easiest way to do photos here is to open a free Photobucket account, upload the pics there. open the pic you want to post, copy pic, and past into your post. That way the photo is not actually taking space on this site but rather a copy from Photobucket. You are limited on the amount of photos you can have on here but not the number you can post from Photobucket. MM

with them being so big I was affraid it would not let me... but thanks for the info, as I work on it and get more done to it I will poast more pictures later. I will have them smaller and maybe make an online galery and just post a link it might be better that way.
