Picture Help

How do you put pictures on here. I've found myself needing to delete many attachments to but new ones. Is there a way around this?
Please bear with me, I'm not much of a computer guy.

upload your pics to a hosting site such as imageshack, photobucket etc. Your pics will then have a direct url you can cut and paste into your post like this :

Do it exactly like I show here, with the brackets[ ].... img in the first one and /img in the second.
