At first glance when I saw this pic, I thought it was a raft-up. I was trying to figure out what was floating behind your boat. Glad everything is ok.

Dock box's are thru bolted to the dock with a backing plate of PT lumber. BBQs were bundled with table/etc, so they didn't move. Heading down today to check inside the boat. God knows how much the hatch leaked. Didn't think to tape it with the roll of shrink wrap tape!

That's a good thing! The Susquehanna River came up only 6ft here....flood stage is 10ft. We didn't pull many boats since we have floating docks, Mike.

Ron, You could have pulled your boat for free... Just loosen the lines and float her over some blocks and let the tide go out...

Don't laugh! That's just what my dad used to do with an old wooden Owens he owned. We had it in Brooklyn so he'd use the 4' tide to get about 5 hours to paint the bottom every couple of years. Free "short haul."
