Just like it says. It's a 2 stroke and one $50 part from Yamaha and it'll be a 15hp. My buddy has the same motor and at 79 pounds it's the way to go.
Picked up Yamaha 9.9hp that I'm going to convert to a 15 hp.

I know that Yamaha 9.9 or 15hp is a very sought after outboard for small boats.
Can't go wrong with that motor because, you'll always be able to sell it if you were to change your mind or upgrade.
