Why is it mature boaters make better drivers, but older drivers (not all) need lessons from older boaters? I drove home from Richmond yesterday, posted speed 70. If anyone could get to that speed they got lucky. When a boater needs to pass they (sometimes) signal and the other vessel let's them pass. On the road, drivers are just SOL when they try to pass.... I did 55 from Richmond to West Point, never could pass safely. If drivers were made to learn boating courtesy there would be less accidents, less road rage, and less of a need for wider interstates.... Getting off my soap box now
