Hello! I just purchased a 17in blackstone griddle, and want to mount it to a pedestal or a table on the swim deck of my 270. Anyone have this setup? Suggestions are welcome! Appreciate your help in advance!

I don't know about the 270, but on the 310, the swim ladder stows under a hinged hatch. My pedestal is detachable from the base, so I mounted the base inside the swim-ladder hatch. Now when I remove the pedestal and close the swim ladder hatch, my swim platform is left completely unencumbered.

I like that idea, the 270 does have the hinged hatch for the swim deck ladder. Do you have the Blackstone griddle? What pedestal are you using?
Mine is a magma pedestal, but I would imagine it could be adapted for pretty much any grill
