While at the dealer's parts counter... I said, oh yeah, can you give me a PCV valve (I figured why not throw the Merc one on, I've got several years and 370 hours on the engine).
He looked at me and said... in all my years, I've never sold one. Neither had the guy that was sitting at a desk nearby. He had it in stock, so the service department must be using them, but it made me wonder if everyone forgets about them. Did a search here on PCV and found zero hits.
So what gives?
