- 350Mag MPI Bravo® III (re-powered 2013)
There is a long story behind this, so I'll cut to the chase. We re-powered 3 yrs ago and do not have the serial# on the engine - it's not on the cover and it wasn't on the receipt of purchase. I'm not about to pull the engine to get it off the back of the block. The only thing we know is that it is a 2013 5.7L ECT Bravo Mech with the 0905 PCM on it. The shop is looking for the paperwork and trying to find the original purchase serial #, but until then I think I need an O2 sensor.
We've been getting the SPN 4238 code (exhaust 2, ST Fuel Trim data valid but below normal range) on and off and I'm suspecting an O2 sensor has gone bad. Normally I would just pull the old one out, grab a # off of it and hunt around on the interwebs for it... but I'm travelling this week and can't get down to pull it. I was hoping to order it and have it in by the time I return so that I can go out without the annoying check engine alarms sounding all day. Anyone got an idea of where I can get a part number for this?
