Painting boot stripe

Ok so the boot stripe could use a little sprucing up. If i wanted to paint them what would be a good paint? Or do I buy the stripe.

Buy a good quality vinyl stripe.

Get the 3M Striping tape, you will save yourself about a boat dollar ($1,000) at least by not painting it. To do it correctly you would be at about 12-1300 to have somebody paint it for your with a sprayer.

Yes, go buy the vinyl tape, much easier to apply and to get straight and if it needs to be replaced it is much simpler then paint.

You can buy it since there is a part number in your parts manual. I had my local Detailer do mine while out of the water for a few hundred bucks. He bought a wide roll and cut it down and it looks perfect.
