I have a 1988 pachanga 22 and muffler was leaking last year so I just took out to repair and where screws go into hull the foam underneath is drenched.how can you get that to dry so I can silicone holes when I reinstall muffler so doesn't happen again.

How big of an area is wet? If it's right around the screw holes you may be able to tape a shop vac to the areas and let run for a few days. If it's much larger you may need to expose the core and re glass over the top after removing the reinstalling the foam.
