Today I got an overheating warning on my 8.2L mercruiser with seacore. My boat is a 2019 270 sundeck With 90 hours. Any ideas what can cause this. Thanks in advance

3 years is about the limit for the impeller. Start there and if the old impeller has pieces missing recovery of those is necessary due to possible water flow blockage.
my coolant pressure is 2 to 3 psi. What should the pressure be?

At idle my coolant pressure reading is 2 to 3 psi

Like 290 said, start with the RWP impellor first. Look the pump over good for score marks on the body.

2 to 3 is a bit high indicating some blockage down stream of the pump and like he said you could have broken fins plugging things up.

When you get that pump off backflush the system.

What would be a correct coolant pressure?
