haha. I have seen a few vehicles like that in Texas. Last one I saw was a brand new Escalade with the full police outfit that read "A local drug dealer thought we needed a new patrol vehicle, Thank you"
Nyc years ago confiscated cars for racing,etc. there where a few highway 5.0 mustang gt's on the roads some marked like a regular patrol cars. Funny to see.
Of course, the real question is how many of those drug dealers were actually convicted.
I have heard many stories regarding people who were innocent (i.e. case didn't even get to trial) unable to recovery confiscated property.
