I´m helping a friend try to fix his Onan MDKAZ Spec A generator. There is what seems to be a low water output at the stern. We checked the impeller and that is in new condition, we disconnected the output hose after the impeller and have excellent water flow, also hooked up a shop vac to that hose and tried to suck anything out that may have been after that. Still no solid water flow. Any suggestions as to what to look at after the impeller would be greatly appreciated.

I would remove the zinc from the the heat exchanger (first stop after the pump) and see if that area is clear (zinc shavings or even an old broken-off piece might be there). Then (or even at the same time), remove the end caps from the heat exchanger and clean that out.
