Got the outdrive going, so we dove into the interior last week. I repaired all the bad parts of the floor and side wells. Put new carpet in (I never knew how much carpet could go in a 19ft boat). and put new vinyl on the passanger dash. 15 or so more pieces to vinyl and se should be done. A belt sander with 40 or 50 grit pads and or a heat gun makes quick work of old carpet.
