Ok.....the offer's in.

Some people dream of dating models, I dream of having a garage. That's all I really want, A garage. Todd has given me some motivation in finding one.

36' x 60' X 18' Pole barn
12' x 24' basement garage.

i like Garage porn. But most important... where can i find my own???

Come on down south and I'm sure we can find you one. (Grin)

A buddy of mine said it cost more to park/store a car in NY than it did to buy one. :)

Todd: It looks like you found a great storage and tinkering solution. Why are you not storing your boat in the water?

The same reason we don't store it in the water during the summer. We like to be able to trailer the boat to the launch in the direction we're headed. If we're going to a Central Puget sound area, we'll take it to Everett, 20 minutes from home. If we want to head to the San Juan Islands, it's an hour drive north to dump in where we buy and annual pass at the Swinomish Slough. If we want to go to South Sound or the Seattle area, sometimes we'll trailer down there to launch.

It's just very handy and I know the O/D won't rot off on the trailer.

We have verbal acceptance, so I feel pretty good. I think we'll be able to iron out the fine print details tomorrow and maybe move in this weekend. I don't like to count my chickens before they hatch, but am excited about the phone call I just received.

Congrats Todd, wish you many, many hours of pleasant, heated building buffing and polishing. Mine's indoors, but not heated. It takes a long time for StarBrite Teflon polish to harden when it's 30 degrees and below.

but your beer stays colder?

Todd, so you can resell this without any hindrance when you move up?

Shouldn't be an issue to resell. It'll be the ultimate man-cave. I can store buffing supplies, refridgerator, Maybe even some hockey sticks for some indoor floor hockey.

I'll have to research finding a 30A outlet so I can plug into shore power while there.

Congratulations. Here's to a smooth closing.
