Oil splatter QSC500 engine front

Noticed oil on bilge floor a couple weeks ago; appears to be leaking from spinning engine front by vibration damper and then splatters due to spinning. Is there a seal at engine front? Is this something that requires Cummins tech to repair? I have seen QSM posts with similar issue, but not sure if leak issue is same with QSC. Thanks.

Sounds like the front crank seal. If it uses the extreme duty seal then there is no special tools required. They come with their own plastic installation sleeve.
The front cover requires removal on the earlier seals.
