Tought I would share some information I learned during my last oil change. The Fram PH3387A can be used in place of the Mercury Marine 35-883702Q for those that have the 4.3L V6 without remote oil filter. The physical dimensions are identical. I was able to get the FRAM at a fraction of the cost. I paid $3.57 at Walmart compared to $11.99 they were selling for at the boating stores.
