Oil change on 496 engine question

I have a drain line from the oil pan in my bilge for draining the oil. I know this can be passed through the drain plug hole while on land. I'd like to do the oil change in-water. What is the best way of using the drain tube in-water? I would imagine some sort of a hand held pump might work. Any ideas?

Typically people use the dc powerd pump thats attached to a container and suck the oil out from the dipstick, takes a few mins and very clean.

Thanks. You just reminded me I happen to have one from my last boat. I used it on the last boat sucking the oil through the dipstick, which took forever, and really never got all the oil out. I'll resurrect it for use on this boat, and hopefully will work better with the oil drain tube system.
