Need your thoughts on this.
I have a 03 with 6.2's. After cruising for a short distance or a long distance, when I throttle back from on plane to idle, the port light monitor comes on and off and beeps a couple of times. If I rev the motor a little it stops or if I go in gear again and throttle up it stops. I changed all three pressure switches, oil pressure, oil temp sender and low oil pressure switch. I also swapped the oil pressure gauges. Oil is Mercury 25-40 and fresh. Motor is quiet and runs fine.
I even tried different oil filters and use the larger capacity oil filters.

It cannot be an internal engine issue because I have run it three hours at 3,800 and return trip the same. When I go off plane and back to stop or idle, I get the not loud beep beep beep. Oil pressure on both motors read the same at idle, about 10 to 15 lbs. Cruising oil presser is a steady 45 to 50 lbs on both motors.

Both motors have 450 hours and original with never any issues except the above.

Any thoughts as to what the issue could be?

I have a buddy that when he has been running his boat and idles down the low oil pressure beeps a couple of times then stops. It seems to just be that pressure drops low for a quick second that that is all it takes. He has been running his boat for years with this occurring and never an issue. Just some food for thought.

Two things come to mind as possible causes:

1. When you come off plane do you just dump the throttles back to idle? If so, try easing them back and see if that helps.
2. Have you checked the oil level lately? If it's down a bit that may give you a momentary low oil pressure.
