That’s what it is...I just want to thank everybody on this forum that supported me during the renovation of my 390.

I can say that I would have never ventured in such a project without all the information I got from these pages. I would have never bought a swim platform from the other side of the word or never thought of digital tachometers...

What I got from you fellows was appreciation for my work and lots of suggestions that really helped me through.

Thanks to Mike (tobnpr) who send me pics of his cockpit in starboard and for all his ideas, to Ken (electricaldoctor) for the sympathy and to Gary for the idea of the Sunbrella in the cockpit and to all the others.

Sometimes it helps having some “partners in crime”!!!

What else can I say as I feel way too far from you guys with the same passion???

Let’s hope to have the chance to meet sometime!!!

Ciao!!!

My friend, I am sure others are inspired by the work you have accomplished and shown us.

In fact I have banned the admiral from your thread for fear she would like to install another one of your ideas!! (not really but she like the stuff you do and asks me hey Pietro did this can we?)

Hey we are all just family, regardless of the size of water that separates us!!

Thanx for the honourable mention Pietro. As you know, I stole a few of your ideas and they have worked out well for us. It only goes to show you that we can all learn from each other. The amazing pics of your "labour of love" are indeed awe inspiring to all of us. Although I will not take our 390 as far as you have, we have made countless repairs, modifications & improvements to our classic over the past few years and I still have a list a mile long. My imagination is always working overtime and I don't seem to get much rest because of it. Someday, I must compile a list of these items. I have been taking some pics along the way and I really must compile them into some format that they can be easily shared. I am weak in this area, so it probably will never happen.

Ciao, Ken
