What year sedan bridge? Why the downsize just curious
We outgrew a 21' FourWinns after 13 years. Owned a 390 Sundancer for 6 years and loved it, but wanted to travel more with greater range and a bit more rainy day space. Have had a 44DB for 8 years. Love the interior space and Cummins power. You might consider a 44 or 48 Dancer. The Dancer aft deck makes them very social boats but, IMO really need some type of aft sun shade/fly.
Maybe something moved and is wedged against the door? Can you push on it while trying the release handle?
The handle mechanism is what is frozen in place

That company sbmar.com makes the flush kits for those strainers I would think they have a gasket kit as well
They are Perko. Ordered the gaskets at Colony Marine today. Hopefully the right size. There are like 6 or 7. Anyway, 2 are in stock and 2 are backorder.
I've never looked through mine for depth. Mine does show water temp on the screen I typically have on (rudder position). I would think it must somewhere. You'll just need to scroll through all the screens, I guess. My depth is always on my Garmin chartplotter/radar screen.
If you have a Raymarine nav package then the depth Xdcr is integrated with that. There should be a Raymarine sounder module (DSM300 or DSM30) mounted under the helm. You may also have the Sea Ray Navigator system which has it's own depth transducer which is a standard NMEA 0183 based unit.
