Where your numbers that bad? And the eplex system crap?? Im buying one now and your scaring the s+*t out of me. They advertise at 3500 rpm's 31.2 gph.

I doubt that very much. I get 37GPH @ 3500rpm's and I'd assume your boat weighs as much, if not more, than mine. My number is with a new bottom and a moderate load.

Believe it, 40-45 gph depending on seas and load. These numbers confirmed at refill. At 3600 rpm I was cruising nicely at 19-20 kts. The boat is certainly NOT under powered and gets on plane quickly no matter what the load I had on the boat. For that, I liked it. Can't say the same for the 29 and 31 dancers I had. Maybe my eplex system was a dog. When i picked up the boat for delivery, i was an hour early only to find the dealer replacing the "clock" and the panel of switches at the helm along with the main relays next to the battery switches. All I could say was uh oh. Can't speak for the rest of you, maybe they're working great.

I'm one step closer, had the sea trial today and everything is fine. Just have to have her detailed, and pay for her. They will send a truck for my 320 and that will be that. We really enjoyed the times on the 320 and we learned a fortune of boating . Great experiences.
On to the next adventure. The next pic shows the previous owners new 450 db opposite his (old) my new 36 db.

John, to be honest with you I'm paying one of their captains to bring it to Newport because of two reasons,
1: they have local knowledge of the trip,
2: they said its a 4 1/2 hr boring trip.

It was my suggestion not theirs so they didn't push it on me.
I have been in contact with Russo all day and they are moving on my short list and want to go to closing soon. Except I'm going to Ireland on Sat and I need to use your excuse letter already for two communions on the first two sat's in May,!! Don't these people know I have a boat to pick up? So now I don't know when I can get it....

Hey Joe, Congrats and welcome to the DB club. She looks great, but we'll need more pictures. I can only imagine how excited the whole crew is. This will be a totally different season for you guys. Please pass our best wishes to Martha as well.

Since you can't use the boat for a while and boats hate to sit idle, i will just use it....kidding......No such thing as boring......I would have suggested you take the boat, run it out to look at the whales, spend the night in ptown.........shoot through the canal to newport for the night, then head home.......AND ALL ON A NEW BOAT!!!!!!! How boring is that.....just busting them......

I'm 100% with John on this. I think it could be boring for people that deliver boats for a living. But, as a new boat owner I would strongly suggest to take the opportunity and make a nice trip out of it. The boat is located in the area of some great places to visit. I would do at least a long weekend trip. For a new boat owner, delivery trip is part of the exciting experience.

Guys, I would love to take a slow trip home from Boston, I just can't do it right now, due to work. So as fast as I can get her home the better. We're shooting for May,12 th. thanks for all the well wishes.

Here's a quick walk around video of our 36 Db which we pick up on the 12 th.
