Hey everyone out there. Thought we needed a thread for the new 310 DA's. I just bought/splashed mine this weekend. I had my eye on the new 330 (previously 310), but it just wasnt in the budget. I liked the vberth bed of the 330. Hopefully, i dont get tired of putting together the vberth bed on mine. Anyone else out there with the new 310? How have u liked it so far? Anything I should know about/ look out for? Im still working through the punch list. I had a lot of fun with the new toy this weekend! I'm loving the axius!! It's soooo much easier. I noticed Marine Max has quite a few new 310's (25+) that have been sitting out there for a year+. I hope it's not because there is something really unpopular about this boat. I'd like to be able to trade up within the next 5 years. If the resale sucks that won't happen. :( it reminds me a lot of the old 280 which seemed to be a really popular boat. Anyway...glad to be back boating after a 1.5 year break.

No other newer body style 310 owners yet? How are you liking ur boat? I've already put 20+ hrs on mine. Really LOVE the axius!! My last boat was a single engine 270...what a difference. I actually think I could have saved some dough and just had twins and seen a huge improvement...but gosh it's neat to see her go sideways. I love the L shaped cockpit seating....I think my next boat would have to be the 370 so I could retain this layout. My two main gripes are I really dislike the cabin folding door...it just seems CHEAP, and I wish it had more of a true v birth bed setup. I'm getting used to wiping down the bathroom after a shower...again...would love the 370s separate shower area. Anyway...love to hear from any others...

I hope you enjoy the axius system. It will interesting to see how reliable that system is. I wanted that but at the time could not find a boat that had it in my area so ended up with just a bow thruster. Enjoy!

Congrats on the boat. The reason it reminds you of the last model 280 is because it is the direct replacement for the 2001-2009 280DA. Sounds like a real nice boat. You may not like the folding cabin door now but it will have less potential for the problems that the sliding doors on past models tend to have.

I have driven a new 330DA with Axius and I was really impressed with how it handles. I am sure you are already enjoying it!

Thanks everyone for the shout out!

Anyone else having issues with the vberth "bed"? Seems like a design flaw. As usual you use the table as the middle cushion bed support, but since the only support for the table is the middle post...the first time you barely lean on one side of table to get in bed...the post connection under the table...screws and all pull out. Basically the table post connection screws strip and split the table wood since the table top acts as a lever. I'm confident SeaRay will replace my table, but with nothing to support the end of the table...it's just going to happen again. It sure would be nice to be able to use the v berth for sleeping! I guess I could try to rig something but seems awe full to have to do that on a brand new boat. Anyone else had this problem? Seems like the table would need a post supporting both ends of the table instead of from the middle.

Hoping by now there is at least one other owner on the site now? If nothing else it moved this back to top. I've been hoping for some others out there on here. :smt001 I'm afraid by the time there is someone else out there I'll be in my next boat. I'm saving to move to the 370DA next year (unless they come out with a U.S. equivalent to the new 355). I figured out the v-birth bed thing. There were some pieces missing.

Any new 310 owners? It's been awhile and curious how things have gone for everyone
