Official 1998 Sea Ray Sundancer 290 Thread

I agree, mine is missing but the Queen says "we will never shower on the boat" sounds like a challenge to me.

I wonder why.... it's a great shower. I use mine even when I'm at the dock......and when out on the hook it's nice to get all cleaned up before bed. I actually cleaned the drain this past weekend and it drains better then ever.

Yea, what's up with that? Ain't nothing like waking up in a nice cove. You guys will love it.
Use it or lose it.

Do you still have the track?

I think they can be made pretty easily....... the clips are still available.

It's just finding someone that can sew it together.
Yes the track is there. I am thinking of buying a standard shower curtain and just cutting it to size then adding the clips it needs.

Have a link to the clips by chance??

By the way brother, it's because she's spoiled. Our marina has excellent renovated facilities and on the hook or at a friends dock...with enough beverage she just jumps in the lake. Putting a new head and pull out are on my list!

A good lake bath is refreshing as well. I've even used the transom shower after dark for a little scrub time. So liberating. :p;)

Wellll…. At least the starboard engine’s fuel pump didn’t crap out… new pump enroute and will get on the port engine in a day or two.. still had a nice slow cruise back on behalf of the good pump on the captains side! LOL

o7 Everyone

Anyone changed their microwave? Is it just plugged to a normal outlet?
Ours keep popping the breaker every now and then? Any comments on that?

Yes.

Your microwave plugs into an outlet in the cabinet.

This Sunbeam unit fits perfectly with a little room to store your charcuterie and cutting boards.;)

That would be nice with a direct fit. Seems we dont have the same kitchen layout though.
As I live in Sweden where everthing is 220 thing gets a bit more complicated xD
Have to order from you guys (US) and no possiblity to return

Can you order a 110v unit and use a small transformer to step up to 220? The 220v stuff in the U.S. is mostly commercial units.

I'm curious how you would do this.

I do already have a transformer shorepower incoming 220 to 110 V for the boat.
So every thing runs fine, I do also beleive the transformer reduce the risk of galvanic korrosion from shorepower, but im not sure.

Only problem I have to order everything abroad paying double what u r paying more or less xD

Well tomorrow morning is the day to get that fuel pump changed out... fingers crossed it goes pretty smoothly and I will be out showing a couple some homes right afterward. In this market there is a very good chance those houses will be sold before I get this fuel pump switched out! LOL!!
