Looking for the rubber/plastic spacer on the swim ladder 1988 300 SD

Guys,

I have searched and searched and can not find any information on how to obtain the white spacers that are on the 1988 300 SD wim ladder. When the ladder is in the down position, they keep the stainless tubing up off of the swim platform. On my boat, they appeared to be rivoted on the tubing but the spacers were gone, so I have removed the rivots that were holding them on.

I'm looking to get a replacment or use something in it place. Any ideas? Also anyone know how thick this spacer is supposed to be?

Thanks for all of your help.

I use TaylorMade Window Savers. I think my ladder metal is 1" in diameter. The window saver blocks snap onto the rails and stay on for the most part.

Great idea, i may have to try that.

Sea strainers, are they Perko's? If so does anyone know the inlet and outlet hose size?

Swim ladder spacer - Get a side curtain stand off. These are nylon like cubes curved to snap on to metal tubing to keep the window from touching the bimini frame and burning. They are about 1.5" cubes Drill a hole and screw or bolt. Add adhesive if desired but a mechanical connection is necessary.

Did you forget about me? LOL

Yes, I'm sorry I did. After the snows and freezing temps I had to do some minor repairs today. Plus the TV went kaput on the boat and I had to order some parts. The file is on the boat, but I may have it here in the IPad as well. Give me a few and I will send it. Again, I'm sorry

No worries, thanks for any info you have.

If you still have the original ones, they should be yes. I have one that was replaced with a plastic type but my bronze ones are Perkos

Awesome! Now for an AC question... What size is your pickup and feed lines from the shutoff, to the strainer, to the pump and then to the AC.

3/4" from shut off to strainer to pump, 5/8" from pump to ac, if memory serves me. I replaced all of those due to dry rot.

Mark, send me your email address. I have a E book on my IPad the will help you.
