Official 1980's Weekender/Sundancer 300 thread

Congrats ,thats a big jump.Feetitis?
Yeah! lol.... Wanted to go with a 340, but having the small blocks make more sense right now. The 220 is a great boat, we just find it too small now.

Congrats H20NUT!

You're gonna love it.....I know I do! Congrats

Well i got the port side below the bubrail buffed out today with buffmagic and about half of the port side above the rubrail too.Took about 4.5 hrs.The drive up was 60 miles in white out conditions and i only slept 3 hrs last night.I am going to try and get back up tomorrow,if i can move.Right now ibuprofen is gonna be my friend, and later one of those lunestas for dinner!

Cold rain and ice here.... But after drinks with a good friend and good cigars on the boat....the ice and cold melted away for a few

Did you try Todd aka Nehalennia for one,

I thought he had the code book for most Sea Ray locks.

Good call! I forgot he was a locksmith.

To much family history here to move, grab you charts. Cobbs Creek, uncle 200+ acres of farm and water front, Gywin Island, my grandfather was a dead rise builder and worked the buy boats of the bay. Big Island/Haywood Port, grandmother. Norfolk Navel Air, grandfather was placed there during WWII after Pearl, his battleship was sunk (Ariziona). He was German and was placed there to listen to the POW's. He was then a plank owner on the Battleship Mass. I was born on the old James River Bridge.....I don't know how to live anywhere else.

I saw on EBay someone selling SeaRay keys. Also there are two abandoned SeaRays in the yard, I can look at the years tomorrow.

I just got a spare made. Had this great fear of losing the only one I had! $20 at a locksmith. I said it looks pretty generic and wouldn't any skeleton key work? He said, no they are actually quite unique.

PS I got out on the water for a few hours today! My brother from Ohio is in town and we took the outside to Gators for lunch and beers and came back on the inside. 80 degrees and sunny, hurry up Shaun!!!!

I'm working on it! I'm trying to talk heather into leaving Sunday instead of Monday! Only problem I'm running into with the move so far is with the boat. I've got the transport company ready to go. However, my storage guy has to get the boat out, down the road and to a sling lift. He's telling me he's not going to be able to do it next week due to the forecasted heavy snows and the following week frost laws take affect on the roads so I may have to postpone moving the boat for a few weeks after us. :(
