But what would you do about the hump in the floor by the front bed
If you look at Dave's install you will see how the allure wrapped around that hump.

I’m going to use some birch plywood, drill and counter sink the posts then put a veneer of mahogany over the face to hide the posts. Coat all of it with epoxy.

The old plywood is good enough for me to use as a pattern
Just a suggestion, but take a look at MDF instead of plywood
5/16 worked well on mine.

Much more to do but this is it so far

I've got a slow water leak on the shaft of my AC seacock right behind the handle. Mainly leaks when the valve is open. Is there a way to repack this or do I have to replace it? 89 300 DA.

Is the T handle not tightening up completely? I remove the drain plug and put a fitting in, then inject marine grease to keep them working and it seem to help tighten them up. The metal ones can be rebuilt, at least that’s what others have said on CSR

Its bronze. 90 degree turn handle. I'll see if I can get any info off it.

Scorpio on the opposite side of the handle there should be a T handle just like the ones we have for the motors and genset. I will look to find the maker now.

all the book says it is a 3/4 bronze seacock. Still looking

Odd...almost looks like a gas valve. It has writing on the base I think. When will you be coming out for bottom paint? You could change it out then

To me that just looks like a regular ball valve and they don’t have packing in them the port on the side is a drain down. Looks like a watts you will need to replace it

Hard to see under the caulk but it's hot a 4 bolt flange on it. I think it may be a PERKO. I still dont see a way to do anything to that shaft seal besides replacing the whole thing. I'm going to eliminate the bronze pipe T above the valve, never sure why it was installed that way.

I’ve been kicking around some ideas for the rear storage areas. As you can see the old cabinet area was rotted out. I’m thinking of using the cut sea glass with my blue LEDs. Please give me your opinions.
