It's a good day to be a Buckeye. The playoff seems to have worked, although I'm not sure I was a strong advocate. As they said, we probably would have had an Alabama victory over FSU in the BCS this year. And a big thanks to the MSU Spartans for solving the Big 12 who should be number 4 controversy!

If JT Barrett did not get hurt O$U would not have won the NC. Not sure they would have made it. Jones was a beast and got first downs the other wouldn't have gotten. Plus I think he was the healthiest player on the field. He was outstanding in the 3 games.

Oddmakers were wrong in every games as well, including the Big 10 championship game.
 
As I posted in another thread, OSU just beat this years 3 Heisman candidates back to back to back. Although the Alabama score was close, they kicked the snot out of all three teams. Congrats to what I consider a bad ass team. They earned the #1 ranking.

What a fun game to watch. Oregon has a great team, but the Buckeyes out played them at both ends of the field. They played hard and they won. Being from Michigan it's hard for me to say this, but....

Congrats Buckeyes!

Trust me when I say this spikedaddy, September 7th 2015 in Blacksburg Virginia has been circled on the Buckeye calendar for a long time. Paybacks are hell. :grin:

Being from Alabama I am so happy that Alabama did not win again this year. War Eagle....Congrats to Ohio State
 
Did the Ducks eat a Buckeye sometime during the game? Are they a bean or a nut? I understand they are also poisonous. Were we setup? I know it was those uniforms......

Well it was fun anyway....Yes it was hard to get up this morning!!!
 
GFC i'm with you,even though i am blue and gold OHIO had a great season,especially with the QB injuries.As i have said before A QB is as good as his front line,without them hes toast.I was rooting for them also because i figure IF the seahawks win the SB all that extra trophy weight may cause them to sink into the ocean sinking numerous boats and then we wouldnt have as much fun on CSR.

Awww. Look at the cute Michigan fan, he can't even correctly identify one his rivals in the Big10 and mistakenly thinks the Ohio Bobcats (hint: they are a MAC team) was the team with the QB problems that won the National Championship. That poor misguided soul, it's tempting to try to explain who was playing last night but sadly, its probably beyond his limited comprehension.

I thought it was interesting that the Ohio fans started almost 90 fires in and around Columbus after the game.

Kinda makes one wonder what they would have done if they had lost. Probably burned the entire state to the ground. I can just see the headlines.....

"Ohio burns to the ground. It was declared a total disaster and there were reportedly $4 total damages."
 
I am a huge SEC fan.

That said - the playoffs worked.

After watching Ohio State in 3 games ( including the conference playoff game), I am totally settled that Ohio St should be, and is the National Champs.
 
Thanks GFC,unfortunately the $4 total loss would bring in big $$ from obama and they would be better off,probably even have to take drug tests to get welfare and passing grades in school.
 
Urban is a hell of a coach. To me he's the one that started the SEC SEC SEC.. Now looks like he's done the same with the B1G. ( if Michigan can get back to its old self)
