Can you not setup a deal with a tow company and have them towed?

Wow, you have to ask for permission from the town, is it not your land?Well as expected the girls in the office are all wound up
Had one of them call the township. Apparently steel fence posts are not allowed. That right there makes me want to do it more.
The town is going to come out and survey the chaos and tell me what my options are.
I also found out today trucks are parking in my parking lot overnight waiting to get into Gordon’s
Let the battle begin

I can't put one of those flailing man things in front of my shop. My town where my shop is said it is too much of a distraction for drivers. I hate rules.Wow, you have to ask for permission from the town, is it not your land?
The easement is for whoever maintains the road and utilities. From what I have been told landowners actually own to the center of the road, with the easement of course.Easement…. Supposedly they think they own the first 12’
Hang tight….. I’m just getting started
You k ow I didn’t really look at the pics to try and figure it out. In the first pic with the truck in it. The post of the mailbox is in its location just pushed over… but it’s pushed over going up hill on the wrong side of the street…. But the mailbox is down hill from it….. so that doesn’t make sense. Unless the truck backed over the mailbox but that wouldnt explain why the mailbox itself is forward of the postSo, are you sure some kids in their 4X4 didn't wax the box? Looks like someone intentionally went into the grass looking at the tracks in your Pic. Happens around here a lot. One local fellow put a crane rail in the post and ended up being taken to jail as when the truck's drive train was being extracted the drunk riders in the back got thrown out and hurt.
Why why …. Do I come here and tell you people stuff….. I should know better by nowCall the local environmentalist group. Tell them you spotted some rare, critically endangered species, and you want to figure out how to turn that patch into a sanctuary.
Hey hey....that doesn't mean you can just run over itPost looked rotted anyway.
I’ve got a 25 hp on my dinghy.Hey….. I was at the boat today. Check this monster installed on my dinghy over Christmas….. this is the thread that keeps on giving

Yeah - parking in the lot is BS. That could cause major problems if your lot isn’t rated for heavy traffic.Well as expected the girls in the office are all wound up

Always been curious about this. Where my wife’s family is from, there are a lot of mail boxes that live inside little brick houses. they’re maybe 1.5’ off the road, where people are driving 50-65mph. Can’t imagine that ending well if some teenager runs into it, smashes up their car and ends their life. So, are you sure some kids in their 4X4 didn't wax the box? Ah but you don't get the difference; i'll give more of the details- one, where your family lives, is a structure intended to hold mail the other intended to inflict damage and teach a lesson - the property owner admitted as much. The guy in my little story was fed up with the punks running over his mailbox and not getting any action from law enforcement so decided to take matters in his own hands knowing his actions could be harmful. I get his frustration. Our Sheriff's dept are good community people and I understand were apprehensive executing the arrest but didn't have a choice; however, they were in court on the guy's behalf. He ended up doing some public service but the punks were charged with defacing US gov property and maliciously damaging private property. One (the driver) served time in jail and another a convicted felon went back to prison, and two others public service.Always been curious about this. That sounds like a bad lawyer on the side of the home owner. If I choose to use a 6” steel post because my other one keeps falling down. That’s my choice. It surely can’t be my fault you ran into it….. no different then an electrical pole or a tree on my propertyAh but you don't get the difference; i'll give more of the details- one, where your family lives, is a structure intended to hold mail the other intended to inflict damage and teach a lesson - the property owner admitted as much. It's the semantics and intention that bit him. He admitted something to the effect - this will stop them....That sounds like a bad lawyer on the side of the home owner.
