Northstar vhf ns100, 2008 330 sundancer

My VHF doesn't transmit, seems to be from a broken pin on the plug on the dash to the speaker. This model has been dicontinued and I can't find any to purchase or anyone to repair. I have looked on ebay and have done an extensive internet search. Any suggestions?
