Does anyone else have a problem with their Norcold Fridge icing up around the cooling tray? I have to defrost it at least twice during the season. Do I need new door seals?

These units are not self defrosting. You are lucky if you only need to defrost twice per year. Try to slide a dollar bill out from between the door and seal. It should have some drag. if not, then seal is not aligned or working correctly.
