Norcold DE461

[Runnin on Empty]

My Norcold 461 is acting up. The freezer will defrost so long that it will melt any ice I put in it. Then it will come back on and be fine. The frige portion seems fine. I suspect the thermostat switch but not sure. Any ideas?

Mine does that too...I think it may have something to do with the heat at the back of the fridge. If the cabin is nice and cool it seems to help the little compressor work better, but for the life of me I can't make ice.
