Non-Skid Surfaces

Hi: I have a 97 400DA and am having some definite difficulty with my non-skid surfaces on the boat. Mainly on the rear platforms (including bolt on swim platform) and on the bow. The non-skid surface is almost non existent on the platforms and not very good on the bow. Is there an inexpensive way to cure this problem? All input will be greatly appreciated.
