8’? I got a buddy traded his 280 dancer for a 18’ Tahoe outboard. I was like wtf? But he no longer married and very experienced boater, I’d be damned if I’d go out on the bay in that toy, but it suits him, I guess.

Strike it or walk away. Slimy/ignorant brokers need to be called out. I've wasted months and thousands of dollars trying to buy a boat because of broker incompetence and outright lying.

No way would I allow my voice to be squelched nor would I assume that any contract definition is clear. As mentioned above attorneys love to argue. I'll add they do it at $350+ per hour in my area.
