I was given a 1988 Sea Ray Seville 21 Cuddy Cabin. I decided that the radio was no good and replaced it with a modern one. The radio cut out while my brother was driving it one morning. I put in a 20 fuse in-line with my radio and that is fine. Is there another in-line fuse or is it located in the fuse box? Any suggestions will help. The radio is located in the cabin right as you walk in on the port side.

My radio is connected to a circuit breaker that is located on the helm dash panel. Do you have one?

Just a thought depner3, I have an additional in line fuse in the motor compartment for my stereo, comes off the power side of battery #1. DAN

Just went through this with my Standard Horizon radio. Paid $65 to have the tech tell me to check the connections, particularly the ground. He was right and the radio works perfect.
