I have no power to the outlets or the refrigerator

Your outlets is one circuit that goes from the breaker panel and daisy chains for one outlet to another . Check connection and voltage at the breaker then check for voltage to the outlet closes to the panel check for voltage at the outlet on the screws on the back of the outlet. Outlets go bad and will shut down the whole circuit. You might find power at the back of an outlet but not at the front.

Check gfci’s

Definitely find the GFCIs, because sometimes they're hidden in unusual places.
The circuits also do not always flow from "closest to the panel" to the ones further away. I was helping a friend with an AC problem on his SR and the circuit went from the main dist panel on the stbd side, all the way over to a closet in the head on the port side, where the GFCI was. Then, it daisy-chained back through outlets on both the port and starboard side to the last outlet, which was right next to the dist panel. Took us a while to find the GFCI because there was also an outlet right outside that cabinet, less than 12" away. I would have never guessed there was another outlet inside the cabinet, and if his cabinet was full of junk we probably never would have found it. Luckily it was empty and the GFCI was easy to see just opening the door.
