Went out Sunday to commission my 340 DA for the season and found out that I had no power to anything: stereo, engine hatch, guages, etc. I had shore power hooked up and both meters showed power to the boat. I turned the solenoid switches on and got power to the boat. However, after a cruise we came back to the dock, tied up and turned the motors off. I tried to restart the boat but it would not and again had no power to anything. Once I hooked up the shore power and turned the solenoid switches on all was good.

I am baffled by this!! HELP??

Not sure what you mean by solenoid switches. The two rotary 12V DC knobs need to be in the run position for anything to work. If you are referring to the AC circuit breakers at the panel being on then not sure what is happening.

Not too much details in your post, but it sounds like either your batteries are dead to begin with or you have loose connections on 12VDC side. We need more details, b/c something is missing here.
