No Generator Output

Cranked up my Kohler genrator for the first time on my 2006 280 Sundancer. Followed the instructions posted on the AC/DC control cabinet door. Started generator, moved the slide over to generator and flipped generator breaker to on. No 110 output. Volatge gauge sat on zero. generator ran fine.....what am I missing??? TG

Did you check the breaker on the genset itself?

I'm a new to generators. Where would that be? What is genset? TG

Sounds like the breaker on the generator is off. Just flip it on and it should work.

here's a link to the manuals. the breaker is on the front of the control box, upper right side of the generator.
