No 12 volt power with a/c converter working and 110 shore power working

The manual bilge pump and bilge blowers do not work. no 12 volt in boat even though new a/c converter installed and shore power are working. circuitbrekers are on. is there a main circuit breaker for the whole 12 volt systems? 31 ft 2001 sundancer.

Whoever installed the new charger may have turned off the battery switches and not turned them back on. I am guessing you have a 310DA. They should be in a cockpit compartment.
