After 30 yrs of high performance boating we are now changing gears and looking to get into the cruiser seen. We really like the 48' Sundancer and would appreciate any info (good or bad). We are currently looking at 2008 to 2010 and are tossed between the sweet, zeus pod system or inline shaft. We have never been out on a shaft drive boat only a 47 Sundancer wih zeus and loved it. However, I am trying to get a perspective between the two on handling, ride quality, running cost, maintenance and why one over the other.
